Information submitted for service

When you request service, Mark's Sewer & Drain may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, service address, preferred contact method, requested date and arrival window, description of the plumbing problem, access instructions and related service history.

This information is used to receive, review, confirm and perform the requested service; communicate about scheduling; prepare estimates and invoices; recognize returning customers; document work; and provide reasonable service follow-up.

How requests are stored

Online service requests are saved in a private business database before the website displays a confirmation number. The customer-facing website does not have direct access to browse customer records. Administrative access requires an approved account and server-side authorization.

A saved service request is not a final appointment confirmation. Mark will call or text the customer directly to confirm availability.

Calendar and contact syncing

Mark's Sewer & Drain may copy service-request details into a private Google Calendar used to coordinate work. Customer names, phone numbers, optional email addresses and service addresses may also be added to a private Google Contacts account used by the business. Those contacts may sync to Mark's phone through the selected Google account.

The business database remains the primary copy of the request. A temporary Google connection failure does not erase the saved request.

Payments

No card, deposit or prepayment is collected when a customer submits an online service request. The separate bill-payment page is used only when a customer chooses to pay an existing invoice or agreed balance. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider under its own privacy and security practices.

Sharing and sale of information

Mark's Sewer & Drain does not sell customer information. Information may be shared only with service providers reasonably needed to operate the website, store requests, coordinate appointments, process authorized payments or comply with legal obligations.

Retention and corrections

Customer and service information may be retained as reasonably needed for business records, warranties, accounting, dispute resolution and future service history. To request a correction or ask about information associated with your service, call Mark directly.
