Choose the closest problem, a weekday and your preferred start time. Each online start time represents a two-hour arrival window. Mark reviews the request personally and calls or texts you to confirm.
Call (831) 625-0404 and leave a detailed message if the call is not answered. Include your street, town, callback number and what is backing up.
Mark is a one-person local operation and receives a high volume of robocalls and spam. Unknown numbers may go to voicemail. Legitimate service messages are checked throughout the day and returned as promptly as possible.
The online schedule intentionally offers only a few weekday start times so there is room for phone customers and urgent calls. Put your preferred timing in the notes or call directly.
Standard-rate work hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Work outside those hours is overtime. If a requested arrival window or job timing affects the rate, Mark will confirm that directly before the appointment.
